Reminded today of your smile
Bright and warm as the sun
Crept lazily slow over the rivers
Silvery, becalmed horizon
Of your sparkling eyes
While I watched the stars
Twinkling in the twilight sky
With mirth and life and mischief
Of your razor sharp wit
And the laughter that follows
As the cold wind cut across
The street on which I walked
Finding you in the every day beauty
Of which you're a part
