Inner turmoil raging inside us both
The rapid, rushing torrent of a
Boulder strewn mountain stream
Swollen from the spring snow melt
Feelings deep as that mountainous valley
Inseparable from the reality that is
Yet unable to be denied to either
So we do what the mountain does
Patient, taking what comes and
Enjoying each perfect moment available
