Muddy brown and debris filled
Eddys swirling haphazardly
Seems ugly at first glance, dirty
But as in life beauty still resides
In even the worst of our days
Better each coming day at finding
Those truly indomitable moments
Of good and light and happiness
That exist and help transform
It took inspiration to find
This amazing place in my life
A rare beauty of spirit and grace
