Captivated still by your voice
Resoundingly clear in my memory
As we talk endlessly of everything
But at the same time of nothing
Enchanting eyes still pulling me
Into their liquid blue depths
Never fully known or explored
Your laughter like my favorite song
Would put it on repeat to hear
Over and over again, lifting me
Changes necessary but not able
To extinguish the fire inside
But ever grateful to continue
